3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a treatment yourself. Clients under 18 may receive certain treatments only with a parent or guardian’s consent and presence, and only if our practitioners consider the treatment suitable.
4. Consultations and Suitability
- Most treatments require a consultation first. During the consultation, we assess your skin, health and goals and explain the treatment, its benefits, risks and aftercare.
- You agree to give us complete and honest information about your health, including medical conditions, medicines, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and past cosmetic treatments.
- Our practitioners may decline or postpone a treatment if they believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for you. This decision is made for your safety.

5. Results
Every person’s skin and body respond differently. Results depend on factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, general health and how closely you follow aftercare advice.
We will always do our best to help you reach your goals, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Before-and-after photos on the Website or our social media show individual outcomes and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Some treatments need more than one session to show results.
6. Risks and Side Effects
All aesthetic treatments carry some risk. Common side effects can include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness or temporary sensitivity. Rare complications can also occur. We will explain the risks of your treatment during the consultation, and you should ask us about anything you are unsure of before you agree to go ahead.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions we give you
- Tell us straight away if you notice any unexpected reaction after treatment
- Attend follow-up appointments when advised
- Tell us about any change in your health or medicines before each visit
We are not responsible for poor results or complications caused by information you did not share with us, or by not following our instructions.
8. Appointments, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
- Appointments can be booked through the Website, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least [24 hours] in advance.
- If you cancel with less notice or miss your appointment without telling us, we may charge a cancellation fee or keep part or all of any deposit you paid.
- If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so other clients are not delayed. The full fee will still apply.
- We may occasionally need to reschedule your appointment because of practitioner illness or other unavoidable reasons. If this happens, we will tell you as early as we can and offer you another time.
9. Prices and Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The final price of a treatment may depend on your consultation, as the number of sessions or amount of product needed varies from person to person. We will confirm the price before treatment begins.
- Some treatments may require a deposit when you book.
- Online payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or bank details.
10. Packages and Gift Vouchers
- Treatment packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person unless we agree in writing.
- Packages and gift vouchers must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions or vouchers expire after that period.
- Packages and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Refunds
Because treatments involve professional time, skill and products, payments for treatments that have already been carried out are not refundable, including when results differ from what you expected.
Refunds for unused package sessions or deposits are at our discretion and may be partial. If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up review or corrective session.
12. Photographs
We may take photos of the treated area to plan your treatment and record your progress. These are kept private as part of your client record. We will not use them on the Website, on social media or in advertising without your separate written consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
13. Conduct at the Clinic
We want our clinic to be safe and comfortable for everyone. We may refuse service to, or ask to leave, anyone who behaves in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate way towards our staff or other clients, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
